Exploring the Future, At the Core of the AI Revolution

Together with scholars, professionals, and entrepreneurs from diverse industries, we conducted in-depth discussions on the latest AI trends, explored future application directions, and shared job market insights to empower talent mobility. On the first weekend of October 2024, participants from the finance, technology, and consulting sectors met in the morning at a parking lot to begin a hiking trip focused on outdoor activity and relaxation. Chenxi brings 9 years of experience in FTE recruitment and career consulting. She is deeply passionate about helping both companies find the perfect fit and individuals discover a career path that fulfills them. During the initial three years of her career, she specialised in executive search within China’s internet industry and handled senior roles across the sector. After relocating to Canada, her work shifted to the North American market, partnering with PE/VC firms, gaming companies, AI software providers, internet businesses, and e-commerce companies—as well as SMBs— to build teams and hire top talent.
